Our family enjoyed a clean and spacious room with comfortable beds during our three-night stay. Although the pool was closed for maintenance, we found good dining nearby, particularly loved the Zaxby's chicken sandwiches. Future guests should ensure the pool's availability before arriving.

Cleanliness stood out, with well-stocked coffee stations and a fresh atmosphere. However, the mattress appeared precarious, sitting on what looked like a cot frame, making it uncomfortable. The front desk staff also lacked courtesy, which significantly impacted the experience, especially during a sensitive visit for a funeral. Disappointingly, there was no empathy shown toward this situation.

Free Wi-Fi was great, and the indoor pool was a nice way to relax. Staff was rude and unhelpful during check-in.
